Roof Restoration Process

All Pro Roof Restorations have developed a detailed eight stage restoration process which leaves your old tired roof looking like new at a fraction of the replacement cost. With a wide range of colours and a 10 year Dulux manufacturers guarantee we can assure your roof has been restored to the highest possible standard.

Step One

Roof Inspection

The entire roof is inspected for damaged tiles, loose or missing bedding and moss/lichen.

Step Two

Repair or Replace

After inspecting the roof any damaged tiles and faulty valley irons are replaced.

Step Three

Roof Clean

The roof is cleaned using a high pressure cleaner. No harmful chemicals are used.

Step Four

Rebedding

Once the roof is cleaned all ridge capping is re-bedded anywhere required.

Step Five

Repointing

The ridge capping is then repointed with an extremely durable and flexible acrylic pointing mix.

Step Six

Roof Sterilisation

Any fungal or algal spoilage is destroyed before re-coating to stop failure of the roof restoration.

Step Seven

Primer and Sealer

The entire area is coated with a sealer/primer to ensure strong adhesion with the Roof Membrane.

Step Eight

962 Roof Membrane


A water based, highly elastic and strong build coating for application to roof tiles and metal roofs.

All Pro Roof Restoration are not about offering roof restorations for cheap prices. We offer the best value for money.

How long does it take to do a roof restoration?

Generally, it takes 3 days – weather permitting. Day 1 is allocated for Cleaning. Day 2 for carrying out Roof Repairs & Day 3 is for Sealing & Painting your Roof.

Does All Pro Roof Restoration repair metal roofs?

All Pro Roof Restoration can clean and paint Metal Roofs with minor repairs. Where metal roofs require sheet replacement or total replacement, a reroofing company or metal roofing company is needed = check with David

Do All Pro Roof Restoration offer free quotes?

Yes we do. 10 Year dual warranty on both Workmanship and Product for all Roof Restorations.

Do All Pro Roof Restoration repair tiled roofs?

All Pro Roof Restoration can repair Tiled and Terracotta Tiled Roofs. Depending on condition it may be best to consider a roof restoration over simply repairs only.

What products does All Pro Roof Restoration use?

AllPro Roof Restoration use and recommend Dulux Acra-Tex paint. This is scientifically tested and proven to withstand Australian Climate. Roof Coatings are environmentally friendly and drink water safe.

Do All Pro Roof Restoration fix roof leaks?

Roof Leaks are usually a sign that the roof needs either repairs or maintenance. While a Roof Restoration generally addresses 99.9% of the obvious causes of leak issues, leaks can still occur from other building and structural issues.
